Blue Dog Coalition Celebrate Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Historic Service to our Nation

WASHINGTON—The Co-Chairs of the Blue Dog Coalition—Reps. Tom O'Halleran (AZ-01), Ed Case (HI-01), Stephanie Murphy (FL-07), and Kurt Schrader (OR-05)—issued the following statement on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's announcement that she would not seek an elected leadership position in the 118th Congress:

"Speaker Pelosi has always been a fighter and a champion for our country. She is the most consequential Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives in our nation's history. The Blue Dog Coalition has been proud to work closely alongside the Speaker in advancement of our shared priorities and historic victories for the American people.
